Fantastic Hotel in Great location

Fantastic Room, Great location, very central, only a few minutes walk from the lake , the old town and the train station, the reception team were very friendly and helpfull .the room was a good size very quiet and a lovely big bed ! And extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again !

Good location, clean place.

Great location in the vielle ville!

Directly across the street was a discotheque and at 3:00 am, when it closed, a horde of youngsters decided to take their party to the street. They finally separated at 4:00 am. This might have been an isolated incident as it was during the Film Animation week.

Staff were so Friendly and helpful and chatty. Location to lake and Town for food and/or drink is only 5 mins. Would stay here again.

Minimal parking spaces and car park is z good 10mins away.

Great clean hotel with friendly staff & located in a convenient area.

Hotel was very conveniently located to the centre of the old town & had a great cafe just downstairs. When our safe didn't work they kindly transferred us to another room on the floor above. The only thing with the new room was it was located next to the lift so you could hear the lift during the night (although it did not keep us awake but we wondered what the noise was on the first night).

Being located next to the lift. Having to leave our key at reception when leaving the hotel, we like the freedom to just come & go as we please without always having to stop at reception.

Exceptional

The staff were awesome. Location was outstanding…easy to walk to the heart of the city and the main park by the lake. Easy to find and access by car. The garage had direct elevator to the lobby and rooms. The breakfast was delightful and they kept a Nespresso machine in the lobby for anytime coffee.

No complaints.

very clean hotel, very long and comfortable bath, comfy bed, staff friendly,relaxed and attentive. Triple glazed windows and balcony door meant my front facing room was absolutely silent.Good value breakfast. Excellent stay. Thanks

Comfortable

Location of hotel very close to train and bus station. Room which I upgraded to a slightly bigger one at 30 euros was good and quiet. Staff at front desk quite friendly.

Breakfast could be better with more selections. There was no milk in the room to have a good cup of tea or coffee. The window shades were complicated to work just like some of the lighting in the room.

Good location, clean and polite service.

Room was clean and spacious enough for a couple of nights (we were only 1 night). Location is very convenient for the old town quarter. Private car park (although not free!)

No express breakfast ie coffee+croissant. It was only full (expensive) breakfast which not needed.

Very enjoable stay.

Room was very cleane and comfortable. Location was perfect - just by the old town and close to the lake with very nice restaurants and shops near by. Breakfast was very nice with lovely warm fresh bread, and everything one could wish for. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent stay in a beautiful town.

It is a very pleasant hotel in a perfect location. Walking distance to just about all places of interest. The hotel is very clean and the staff is pleasant and friendly. It is a short walk from the train and bus station.
